Practice Manager – Compliance, Training & Operations

SSP Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the administration and non-clinical nursing management within a General Practice setting. You will coordinate staff appraisals, recruitment, and training while ensuring employment contracts and legislation compliance.

Duty includes information governance, HASAW compliance, and liaison with external bodies. The PM will act as Registered Manager for CQC purposes and drive continuous improvement across governance and patient services.
