Adult Occupational Therapist (Community Care & Independence)

Caritas Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Adult Occupational Therapist to join a community-based service supporting adults to stay independent, safe and engaged in daily life. You will assess functional ability in home and community settings, recommend equipment and adaptations, and support discharge planning to prevent hospital admissions.
