Senior Consultant Psychiatrist — Secure Care Leadership

St Andrew’s Healthcare in Birmingham is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our secure inpatient service on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week. The role combines senior clinical leadership with direct patient care in Low Secure Services at our Birmingham site.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee assessments and treatment for adults with complex mental health needs, contribute to governance, research, and service development, and participate in the on-call rota.
