Senior Social Worker – Hybrid (Adult Care & Support)

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Senior Social Worker within the Adult Care and Support team based at Civic Offices, Portsmouth. The role covers assessment, care planning and safeguarding for adults in need of support, with a caseload managed by you and supervision in a multidisciplinary context.

Hybrid working is available, with the option to work from home up to 50% of hours. You must be registered with Social Work England and hold post-qualifying qualifications.
