Customer Care Specialist – Solutions & Service

Lyreco Group in Donnington Wood, Telford, is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to deliver a positive, professional experience across every interaction. You’ll handle enquiries, resolve issues and support sales teams, contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role is office-based, full-time, with standard hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, and a competitive salary. Experience in customer service, good IT skills (SAP a bonus) and a proactive approach are prized.
