Rubislaw Park Care Home in Aberdeen’s West End is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead clinical governance and high-quality care delivery. You will oversee care planning, medication management and risk, supporting the Home Manager and acting in their absence.

You will mentor nursing and care teams, drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in a senior leadership role within a well-structured environment.
