Lakeview Lodge Care Home in Milton Keynes is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager and oversee day-to-day care operations. You will supervise staff, monitor care standards, and ensure residents receive a safe, respectful, and stimulating environment.

This role requires leadership experience in care, the ability to manage rosters, strong communication with residents and families, and a willingness to work weekends. NVQ Level 5 is an advantage; sponsorship is not provided.
