• Generate actionable insights from large datasets on resident behaviour, leasing trends, retention, and demand drivers
• Support leasing and revenue teams by identifying opportunities for rent optimization, concession planning, and lead conversion improvement
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing channel performance, particularly for lease-ups and new openings
• Benchmark operational and service KPIs across sites or regions
• Translate data into clear visual dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing, leasing, revenue management, and operations teams to improve the end-to-end resident experience

Требования:

• Proven analytical experience in BTR, hospitality, airlines, hotels, or real estate
• Experience building and structuring datasets or data cubes for scalable reporting and analytics
• Proficiency working with large datasets using SQL and Excel
• Commercial mindset and ability to connect data insights to business outcomes
• Strong communication skills and ability to turn complex numbers into actionable recommendations
