Job Description:
Bladon C of E Primary School in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Home-School Link & Inclusion Worker to support pupils and families. The role is 18 hours per week with flexible days, combining family support, pastoral and inclusion work, multi-agency liaison and targeted pupil support.
You will build trusting relationships with children and parents, contribute to TA/TAF meetings, conduct strengths and needs assessments, and maintain confidential records while collaborating with school staff
