Artis HR is supporting a business to appoint a Junior People & Culture Partner. This is an excellent step for an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor to own a broad HR remit and build strong relationships with managers.
You’ll provide hands-on HR support, influence workforce planning, and drive people initiatives across Bristol and Cornwall with two days in the Bristol office and monthly travel to the Cornwall site.
