Marketing Leader for London Pubs & Bars

Urban Pubs & Bars in London is seeking a Head of Marketing to shape the marketing strategy across our pubs, Salt Yard Group and Bat & Ball. You’ll build fame for our brands and ensure each venue feels locally relevant while maintaining a cohesive identity.

You’ll lead big ideas, brief campaigns, manage the budget, and develop a small marketing team. The role is office and site based at The Marlborough Head, Covent Garden, with occasional venue work.
