We are looking for a skilled Mobile Telephone Technician to join our busy repair centre in Huddersfield. This role combines hands-on device repairs with front-line customer service. You will be the technical expert and the friendly face of our shop, ensuring every customer receives high-quality service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets (screen replacements, batteries, charging ports, software issues, etc.).
• Greet customers, provide clear quotations, and explain technical issues in plain English.
• Handle phone, email, and in-person enquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, parts used, and device condition.
• Manage spare parts inventory and keep the workshop area clean and organised.
• Support daily shop operations, including opening/closing procedures.
