Education HR Officer: Recruitment & Records

Marchant Recruitment is seeking an organised HR Officer for a busy school in Brent. You will provide day-to-day support across recruitment, employee records, onboarding, absence and general HR administration.

The role involves coordinating recruitment and interviews, maintaining HR records, creating contracts, supporting absence processes, updating HR systems and responding to routine HR queries. Previous HR Officer or HR Administrator experience in education is highly valued.
