Junior Sous Chef – Lead a vibrant, high-volume kitchen

Cosy Club Stratford is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to support a busy kitchen team. You’ll cook from fresh in high volumes, lead a small brigade in the Head Chef’s absence, and help maintain strong FOH & BOH relations.
