Site Manager

Site Manager / Senior Site Manager required in Nottingham – Long term ongoing project

MadiganGill are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start in Nottingham.

Working on behalf of the Principal Contractor you will be the Site Manager overseeing a large scale new build housing project.

Previous housebuilding experience will be essential for this role.

• General site management to co-ordinate and oversee Health & Safety




• On site co-ordination of labour




• Ensuring company procedures are followed.

This is a long term ongoing position.

As a Site Manager you must have:

• Valid CSCS Card




• Valid First aid at work




• In date SMSTS




• Previous experience as a Site Manager on large housebuilding schemes




• Strong communication skills
