Hybrid Local Business Manager – Growth & Community Banking

Metro Bank (UK) Kings Road is seeking a Local Business Manager to drive the bank’s brand and business model within the store and local community. You will develop relationships with new and existing business customers, growing lending and deposits across the local business network.

You will originate, nurture and coach the business banking team, organise customer events, and ensure compliance and risk controls are in place while delivering exceptional service.
