Content Designer – Rewards & Customer Journeys

EE is hiring a Content Designer to join EE Rewards within BT Consumer’s Loyalty & Rewards team in the UK. You will translate complex propositions into simple journeys, shaping content across EE’s website and app and collaborating with Product, Design and Engineering to deliver accessible, commercially effective experiences.

You will use research, analytics and testing to iterate content, ensure accessibility and governance, and help evolve EE Rewards to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
