Empowering Support Worker – Community Living

Cheshire West and Chester Council is hiring a Support Worker in Northwich to provide person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, dementia and elderly needs within day, respite services, and in their own homes.

You will support people to maximise independence, attend clubs and social activities, and ensure accurate records while working with a dedicated night staff and day team. DBS check and training are part of the role.
