Residential Support Worker – Evenings & Weekends

Voyage Care is seeking a Male Support Worker to assist residents at our Wormelow residential service. Shifts run 8am–3pm and 3pm–10pm on a rota, with every-other-weekend work as part of the schedule. A UK manual driving license is preferred and applicants must be over 21 for insurance purposes.

The role involves supporting individuals to gain independence and learn daily living skills in a caring, team-based environment.
