Talent Acquisition Advisor – High-Volume Hiring (Hybrid)

Kier Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support the Construction TA team in Rushden. The role offers a hybrid mix of on-site and home-based work with standard 37.5 hours per week and regular meetings on site and in the office.

You’ll handle end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, screen by phone, and build strong relationships with hiring managers while representing Kier as a positive brand ambassador. Diversity and inclusion are emphasised throughout the process.
