Claims Broker

Overview

In this role you will manage a mix of Casualty, Professional Indemnity and Cyber claims, coordinating with clients, coverholders, loss adjusters and insurers to steer outcomes. You will leverage Lloyd’s market experience to handle complex cases and build strong relationships across a delegated authority and RI context. The position offers hybrid working and a focus on efficient claims handling and risk transfer. This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing Lloyd’s broker by delivering expert claims broking support and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of Casualty, Professional Indemnity and Cyber claims
• Liaise with clients, coverholders, loss adjusters and insurers

Key requirements

• Proven experience in Casualty/Professional Indemnity claims handling or claims broking within the Lloyd’s market
• Desirable knowledge of Delegated Authority and/or Facultative RI
• Knowledge of ECF advantageous
