QA Team Lead: Drive Food Safety & Quality

Pilgrim’s Europe in Bodmin is seeking a QA Team Leader to oversee daily QA operations, promote food safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement. You will develop the QA team, support audits, and work with site functions to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Leading investigations, managing NCR/Concession processes, and communicating with stakeholders are key aspects of the role, with flexibility to support customer audits and site needs.
