Community Mental Health Nurse – Adult Eating Disorders

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse for the Adult Eating Disorders service. The role involves managing liaison, discharge planning and short-term home support within a countywide framework, working with dietetic and psychology colleagues to support recovery journeys.

You will hold a fluctuating caseload, conduct risk assessments and participate in MDT meetings while delivering care in community settings across Cornwall.
