Care & Training Coach – Part-Time Onboarding & Compliance

Helping Hands Homecare, Inc. in Rainham is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner for a permanent part-time role (16 hours per week), Monday to Thursday, 13:30–17:30. The position reports to Nicola King in the East 3 department and offers a structured onboarding and coaching path.

You will train and support carers, oversee compliance, and perform on-site visits to review and update care plans, ensuring safety and person-centred care across the branch.
