HR & People Services Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a People Services Assistant on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will be part of a small People Services Team handling recruitment, contracts and payroll administration, and provide note-taking support to the People Partner team during employee relations cases.

The role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality customer service to internal customers.
