Job Description:
Oxfordshire County Council’s South Adult Social Care Team is seeking a qualified Social Worker to manage a varied caseload, carry out proportionate assessments and develop personalised support plans that promote independence. You will work with health, housing and community partners to identify informal support and suitable reablement solutions.
You will be supported by a Practice Supervisor and encouraged to develop professionally, with opportunities to progress to Grade 11.
