Acute Mental Health Nurse – Lead Care in AAU/AMU

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to support patients on AAU/AMU and other clinical areas as needed. You will help maintain high standards of care and provide professional leadership in the day-to-day management of mental health patients.

You will follow Mental Health Risk Management Plans, collaborate with Psychiatric Liaison teams, and contribute to care planning while working within established policies and procedures.
