Assistant Restaurant Manager – Lead Service (4-Day Week)

Umbel Restaurant Group is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for L’Enclume in Cartmel, Lake District. You will support the Restaurant Manager, lead the front-of-house team and uphold exceptional guest experiences while developing staff in a Michelin-standard setting.

You’ll work 52 hours over 4 days, with an OTE of £45,000 plus a monthly tron c allocation and private healthcare. This is a hands-on leadership role where service quality and team development are paramount.
