Front Door Social Worker — Hybrid & Impact

Edinburgh Health & Social Care Partnership is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our busy Front Door Social Work Team. The post involves undertaking initial social work assessments, risk assessment and risk management to support adults, their families and carers in a multidisciplinary setting.

We offer hybrid and home working arrangements, with PVG scheme checks required prior to formal offer. A degree/diploma in Social Work and SSSC registration are essential, with ongoing supervision
