Youth Worker (Part-Time) – Build Futures & Wellbeing

Newground Together is seeking a part-time Youth Worker to support delivery of youth-focused projects for ages 8-18. You will help create safe, inclusive environments and work with a team to engage young people across our community.

Key duties include planning and evaluating sessions, building relationships with participants, and supporting wellbeing, education and employment pathways. A Level 3 Youth Work qualification or equivalent is preferred, with a UK driving licence and occasional evening
