Night Intensive Housing Officer – Safe Overnight Support

BCHA is seeking a Night Intensive Housing Officer in Plymouth to provide safety, reassurance and practical support for people experiencing homelessness. This on-site role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference within our homelessness service.

You’ll be the first point of contact overnight, helping create a safe environment, supporting practical needs, de-escalating situations, recording clear notes and collaborating with local services to promote dignity and long-term progress.
