Remote Out-of-Hours Social Care Call Handler

Carr Gomm is recruiting a Social Work Call Handler to support the Social Work Emergency Service outside office hours. You will be the first point of contact for vulnerable adults, older people, and families in Argyll & Bute, delivering reassurance and gathering essential information.

You’ll coordinate with on-call social care teams, assess calls for emergency response, and record details accurately while managing expectations. This is a remote, shift-based role working from home in the UK.
