Corporate PSL

Overview

As a Corporate PSL, you support the firm’s market-leading corporate practice from London, Leeds, or Manchester. You will drive knowledge management, training, and know-how to keep the firm at the forefront of legal developments. You’ll assist with business development and client pitches, shaping internal resources for partners and clients. This role suits a senior corporate solicitor seeking a non-fee-earning position that leverages expertise to add strategic value. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support private equity and equity capital markets initiatives and mentor junior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities and client pitches from a knowledge management perspective
• Provide training, research and know-how to the corporate team
• Ensure the firm stays at the forefront of legal and regulatory developments
• Contribute to internal corporate offering and guidance for colleagues
• Mentor or supervise junior lawyers where applicable

Key requirements

• Experienced corporate solicitor
• Minimum 6 PQE in Corporate (or PSL with relevant experience)
• Strong technical black-letter law skills
• Mentoring/supervisory experience ideally
• Ability to support client-facing activities and knowledge management initiatives
