Deputy Manager, Children’s Home (Learning Disabilities)

Keys Childcare operates a residential children’s home in the Crawley area, opening for children with learning disabilities. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our welcoming leadership team and help deliver high-quality, child-centred care.

You will have at least 2 years’ management experience in a residential setting, NVQ Level 3 or above, and a full UK driving licence. You will support budgets, rotas and flexible sleep-ins while helping to shape Keys Connect and future
