Overview

In this role you lead growth in the Saudi construction expert witness and dispute advisory space, serving top clients across government bodies, law firms, and contractors. You will drive high-value claims work, expert witness appointments, and complex arbitration engagements, shaping outcomes on mega-projects. You’ll represent the firm at industry forums and navigate regional procurement and arbitration frameworks. This is a strategic leadership role with significant impact on the firm’s regional footprint and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategies for KSA construction expert witness and dispute advisory services
• Source and convert expert witness and claims appointments on mega-projects
• Develop strategic relationships with government bodies, law firms, contractors and project stakeholders
• Represent the firm at high-level industry events and forums
• Navigate FIDIC, Saudi procurement regulations, and arbitration frameworks (ICC, DIAC, SCCA)

Key requirements

• 10+ years in construction claims/expert witness with Saudi/MEA market expertise
• Engineering or surveying background; additional legal qualifications preferred
• Proven front-end business development experience: originated, pitched, and closed deals
• Existing network in KSA is highly desirable
• Leadership/management experience in the dispute resolution sector
• Arabic language skills desirable
• Saudi driving licence eligibility
