Regional Director

Overview

In this Regional Director role, lead the Birmingham studio to drive growth and strengthen the firm’s regional and national profile. You will shape regional strategy, deepen industry relationships, and create cross-practice opportunities across Healthcare, Education, and Commercial sectors. You’ll work to amplify local knowledge and evidence-based design to deliver community-focused projects. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Birmingham studio
• Strengthen the firm’s national profile and industry relationships in the region
• Develop cross-practice opportunities by leveraging expertise from across the practice
• Oversee project delivery alignment with sector focus (Healthcare, Education, Commercial)
• Support growth initiatives and community engagement for the Birmingham location
