Residential Conveyancer – Buckingham

In this role you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a well-established Buckinghamshire firm. You will work closely with the team to guide matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, and equity-related transactions. The position emphasizes strong client care and a collaborative, progressive working environment. This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to a busy practice and help clients achieve smooth property transfers.

Responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Coordinate equity release and lifetime mortages
• Manage remortgaging and buy-to-let matters
• Oversee transfers of ownership/equity
• Guide cases from instruction to completion while maintaining excellent client care

Key requirements

• minimum 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience
