Flexible Recovery Motivator — Lived Experience Advocate

Change Grow Live is seeking a Sessional Recovery Motivator to support people affected by drug and alcohol misuse across North Lancashire, including Lancaster, Fleetwood and St Annes. The role offers flexible, as-needed hours with no guaranteed days, drawing on lived experience to inspire engagement and recovery.

You will work to signpost to treatment, foster peer support, and promote wellbeing within communities while attending regular training and supervision to maintain best practice.
