HR Operations Manager

Overview

As HR Operations Manager, you will lead a team delivering efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance and high service levels. You will drive process improvements, develop HR dashboards, and oversee HRIS (Workday) activities to support strategic decision-making. You partner with senior stakeholders to align operations with business needs and enhance the employee experience. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to sustain high performance
• Manage workloads, priorities, and SLA/KPI adherence; conduct regular performance reviews
• Oversee onboarding and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and employee experience
• Create and monitor HR dashboards and KPI reporting
• Oversee HRIS administration and data integrity, with Workday training for team and managers
• Produce HR reports and provide insights to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies; uphold data confidentiality
• Serve as primary HR contact for managers and staff; build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments to align HR operations with business priorities

Key requirements

• Experience in HR operations management or similar role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Working knowledge of HR Systems (Workday)
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
