Cleaning Operations Leader & Training Mentor

OCS is recruiting a Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning team and oversee all cleaning activities across the site. You will supervise staff, manage rotas, holidays, audits and recruitment while ensuring compliance with site requirements and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work to deadlines, while adapting to flexible hours and days as required.
