AXIS Capital is seeking a Group Head of Operational Risk to lead the design, evolution and embedding of the Group Operational Risk Framework across the enterprise. You will provide independent oversight, challenge and insights to the CRO, leadership, and Board Risk Committee.
You will own the governance platform, report material exposures, and lead regulatory responses across USA, Bermuda, UK (Lloyd’s) and Ireland, shaping resilience and risk-informed decision-making.
