Construction Manager

Overview

In this role you will help deliver Amazon’s European infrastructure projects from concept to construction. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of delivery stations and fulfillment centers that power our logistics network. You’ll gain practical experience through structured learning while contributing to large-scale expansion. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on coordination, including site visits and stakeholder engagement, across multiple EU locations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project delivery from concept to completion
• Assist in preparing project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and tracking systems
• Learn and apply best practices in pre-construction and construction processes

Key requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
• Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
• Experience communicating results to stakeholders
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, Architecture (or country equivalent)
• Experience supporting or managing construction projects in a commercial or industrial setting
