Director of Business Operations & Delivery – Maternity Cover (13 months)

The Director of Business Operations and Delivery owns the business cadence, delivery governance, and execution processes that ensure UNiDAYS’ priorities translate into clear plans, visible ownership, measurable progress, and accountable delivery.Acting as a key partner to the COO and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide visibility of progress, surface risks early, and strengthen pace, alignment, and execution across the organisation. This role creates the operational leverage needed for the COO and SLT to focus on company performance, decision‑making, organisational capability, and future growth.

Job requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Programme Delivery, or related operational leadership
