Investment Banking Graduate Programme – London 2027

Barclays is launching its Investment Banking Graduate Programme in London. You will participate in day-to-day activities, gaining exposure to clients, transactions, and specialist areas, after an intensive training period.

As part of the programme, you will work in live deals and business development projects in small deal teams, building your expertise across financial analysis, valuation, and strategic assessment.
