Home-based Regional Sales Leader – Residential

Geobear is seeking a Regional Area Manager (Residential) who will lead a high-performing sales team across Southern England from a home-based base. You will drive personal sales, coach regional managers, and manage a strategic pipeline while ensuring rigorous CRM discipline and timely deal progression.

You will travel across the region to customer sites and meetings, design geopolymer solutions, and mentor sales talent to sustain revenue growth and margin improvement.
