Warehouse Shift Leader/Warehouse Team Leader
Hours / shift pattern – 38.5 Hours Per Week, 4 days on, 4 days off, between the hours of 0600-1800
Salary –Competitive Annual Salary plus 12% management bonus
We’re looking for a motivated and supportive Warehouse Shift Leader to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, creating a positive team environment, and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly.
As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in guiding and motivating a team to deliver excellent operational performance while maintaining high standards of safety, teamwork, and efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a warehouse team during your shift
- Supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring targets are met
- Coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential
- Maintaining high standards of safety and operational procedures
- Working closely with managers and other departments to keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Experience leading or supervising a team (preferred)
- A positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Someone who enjoys supporting and developing others
- Ability to stay organised and calm in a busy environment
- Supportive and friendly team environment
