Service & Maintenance Engineer (Heat Pumps)

Overview

In this field-based role, you will service and maintain air and ground source heat pumps for high-end residential properties, helping a growing renewables business deliver reliable comfort. You will collaborate with a professional team within a nationwide group and progress toward a supervisory position. Expect technical training in ground source and MVHR systems and mentoring opportunities for junior engineers. This role combines field service with hands-on problem solving in premium homes, aligned with the company’s growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of air and ground source heat pumps
• Work across predominantly high-end residential properties
• Mentor junior engineers and assist the office with technical queries
• Field-based schedule with 2–4 jobs per day
• Progression toward supervisor level and training in ground source and MVHR

Key requirements

• Experienced engineer
• Air source heat pump experience essential
• Full UK driving licence
