Product Manager

Overview

In this role you will own the product management of a technically complex IoT product, collaborating with engineering and customers to translate innovation into customer value. You will shape the product roadmap using customer insights and evidence, bridging technology with business impact in a growing climate-tech company. The role combines hardware, software, ML, cloud, and dashboards to deliver meaningful energy-performance improvements. You will work in a hybrid London-based setup, contributing to cross-functional initiatives that scale the product and customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Own product management across a technically complex IoT product spanning sensors, hardware, software, ML, cloud and dashboards
• Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to understand needs and translate technical innovation into customer value
• Use customer insight and evidence to shape the product roadmap
• Bridge technology, customer needs and product strategy within a growing climate-tech business
• Work with cross-functional teams to align roadmap with business goals and market needs

Key requirements

• 8-10 years’ experience in product management in a technical B2B environment
• Strong IoT experience across the full hardware-to-software stack
• Engineering background with credibility when engaging with technical teams
• Proven experience working directly with customers to understand requirements and translate insight into product decisions
• Strong understanding of product roadmaps, market analysis, segmentation and commercial positioning
