Head of Digital Design – Hybrid Lead for UX & Strategy

Pod Point Limited is seeking a Head of Digital Design for a 14-month fixed-term maternity cover based in London. The role is hybrid (1-2 days in the London office) and offers £80,000–£90,000 with bonus and EV allowance.

You’ll lead a talented design team, shape the digital product experiences across web, shop, app and email, and partner with Product, Marketing and Engineering to drive customer-centric outcomes and scalable design practices.
