Health & Safety CDM Lead – Home Claims

Hastings Direct is seeking a Health & Safety, Building Safety Act and CDM expert to lead and support Home Claims. You will ensure clear, practical H&S controls across our Home Claims activity and supply chain, aligning policies with regulatory requirements.

We require deep H&S and CDM knowledge, experience in insurer-regulated environments, and the ability to influence at all levels. This is a hybrid role with strong emphasis on governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
